CITIZENSHIP & PASSPORTS · ROMANIA
Romanian citizenship and an EU passport — full support

Important since 2025: Romanian language is now mandatory
New applications by descent (Art. 11) filed since March 2025 require proof of Romanian at B1 level (Law 14/2025). Exemptions: applicants aged 65+, former Romanian citizens, and those who studied in Romanian for at least 3 years. Dossiers filed before 12.03.2025 are processed under the old rules. We will tell you honestly which path applies to you and help you prepare for the language exam.
Who this is for
A good fit if
- Your ancestors — up to great-grandparents — lived on Romanian territories before 1940 (Bessarabia, Bukovina)
- Your dossier is already filed — you need support: status monitoring, the oath, documents
- You already hold citizenship — you need children’s passports, internal documents, registration, a driving licence
Not a fit if
- No Romanian roots — we do not offer to “invent grounds”
- You need a “passport in 3 months” — the real path takes years, and we say so honestly

Timelines depend on authority workloads and how complete your documents are — we will not promise to be “the fastest”. 94% of the specialist’s completed cases ended in a positive decision — but legal guarantees of a state decision do not exist.
Price and payment terms
